Council Regulation (EC) No 337/2000 of 14 February 2000 concerning a flight ban and a freeze of funds and other financial resources in respect of the Taliban of Afghanistan · European Union

(2) In paragraph 3 of Resolution 1267 (1999) the Security Council decided that a flight ban and a freeze of funds and other financial resources as set out in paragraph 4 of that resolution should be imposed on 14 November 1999 unless the Security Council decided that the Taliban had fully complied with the obligation set out in the aforementioned paragraph 2.
