Richtet die Kommission ein Informationsersuchen an ein Unternehmen, so übermittelt sie zugleich eine Durchschrift dieses Ersuchens an die zuständige Behörde desjenigen Mitgliedstaats, auf dessen Gebiet das Unternehmen seinen Sitz hat, und legt die Gründe dar, weshalb sie diese Informationen benötigt.
