Inkrafttreten Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Gemeinschaften in Kraft. Sie gilt ab 1. Oktober 2000. Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat.
