Die Verwendungsbeschränkung aufgrund dieses Artikels gilt bis zum 31. Dezember 2009 nicht für teilhalogenierte Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffe zur Herstellung von Produkten für die Ausfuhr in Länder, in denen die Verwendung von teilhalogenierten Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffen in diesen Produkten noch erlaubt ist.
