(15) Das Montrealer Protokoll erfordert eine Berichterstattung über den Handel mit ozonabbauenden Stoffen. Hersteller, Einführer und Ausführer von geregelten Stoffen sollten deshalb jährlich über ihre Tätigkeit Bericht erstatten.
