Directive 2001/16/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2001 on the interoperability of the trans-European conventional rail system · European Union

Following adoption of the abovementioned reference system, Member States shall inform the Committee of their intention to adopt any national provision or of the development of any project in their territory which diverges from the reference system.
