Directive 2001/16/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2001 on the interoperability of the trans-European conventional rail system · European Union

On the adoption of each TSI, the date of entry into force of that TSI shall be established in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 21(2). Where different subsystems have to be put into service simultaneously for reasons of technical compatibility, the dates of entry into force of the corresponding TSIs shall be the same.
