Where the issuer is a dominant undertaking forming a group with one or more dependent undertakings, the details provided for in Chapters 4 and 7 shall be given for that issuer and group. The competent authorities may permit the provision of that information for the issuer alone or for the group alone, provided that the details which are not provided are not material.
