to facilitate the establishment of a concerted attitude between the Member States on: the more stringent or additional conditions and obligations which, pursuant to Article 8, they may lay down at national level; the supplements and improvements to the listing particulars which the competent authorities are entitled to require or recommend at national level; the stricter or additional requirements which they may lay down in accordance with Articles 71 and 88, so that the requirements imposed in all the Member States may be brought into line, in accordance with Article 44(2)(g) of the Treaty;
