When the issuer of the guaranteed debt securities is a finance company as referred to in Article 28(3), the listing particulars must include: with respect to the issuer, the information provided for in Chapters 1, 2 and 3 and in headings 5.1.0 to 5.1.5 and 6.1 of Schedule B of Annex I, and with respect to the guarantor, that provided for in heading 1.3 and Chapters 3 to 7 of that Schedule.
