Article 72

Directive 2001/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 May 2001 on the admission of securities to official stock exchange listing and on information to be published on those securities · European Union

1. The half-yearly report shall be published within four months of the end of the relevant six-month period. 2. In exceptional, duly substantiated cases, the competent authorities shall be permitted to extend the time limit for publication.
