The measures necessary for the implementation of this Directive relating to the matters referred to below shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure provided for in Article 15(2): the measures referred to in Article 4 concerning standards adopted by the European standardisation bodies; the decisions referred to in Article 13 requiring Member States to take measures as listed in Article 8(1)(b) to (f).
