Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European company (SE) · European Union
The management or administrative organ of the company in question shall draw up draft terms of conversion and a report explaining and justifying the legal and economic aspects of the conversion and indicating the implications for the shareholders and for the employees of the adoption of the form of an SE.
