Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European company (SE) · European Union
The Member State in which the SE's registered office is situated shall put in place the measures necessary to ensure that an SE which fails to regularise its position in accordance with paragraph 1 is liquidated.
