Article 68

Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European company (SE) · European Union

The Member States shall make such provision as is appropriate to ensure the effective application of this Regulation. Each Member State shall designate the competent authorities within the meaning of Articles 8, 25, 26, 54, 55 and 64. It shall inform the Commission and the other Member States accordingly.
