Article 11

Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 of 27 December 2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism · European Union

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. 2. Within a period of one year from the entry into force of this Regulation, the Commission shall present a report on the impact of this Regulation and, if necessary, make proposals to amend it. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
