Authorisation Directive
Directive 2002/20/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 March 2002 on the authorisation of electronic communications networks and services (Authorisation Directive) · European Union

Where a national regulatory authority finds that an undertaking does not comply with one or more of the conditions of the general authorisation, or of rights of use or with the specific obligations referred to in Article 6(2), it shall notify the undertaking of those findings and give the undertaking a reasonable opportunity to state its views or remedy any breaches within: one month after notification, or a shorter period agreed by the undertaking or stipulated by the national regulatory authority in case of repeated breaches, or a longer period decided by the national regulatory authority.
