Article 6

Directive 2002/24/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 March 2002 relating to the type-approval of two or three-wheel motor vehicles and repealing Council Directive 92/61/EEC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The competent authority in each Member State shall forward to those of the other Member States, within one month, a copy of the type-approval certificate, together with the annexes for each type of vehicle that they type-approve or refuse to type-approve. 2. The competent authority in each Member State shall send monthly to the competent authorities of the other Member States, a list of the type-approvals of a system, separate technical unit or component, which it has granted or refused to grant during that month. In addition, at the request of a competent authority of another Member State, it shall send forthwith a copy of the type-approval certificate together with the annexes for each type of system, separate technical unit or component.
