Directive 2002/47/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 June 2002 on financial collateral arrangements · European Union
Member States which do not allow appropriation on 27 June 2002 are not obliged to recognise it. If they make use of this option, Member States shall inform the Commission which in turn shall inform the other Member States thereof.
