Directive 2002/91/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2002 on the energy performance of buildings · European Union

Adaptation of the framework Points 1 and 2 of the Annex shall be reviewed at regular intervals, which shall not be shorter than two years. Any amendments necessary in order to adapt points 1 and 2 of the Annex to technical progress shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 14(2).
