Council Directive 2002/99/EC of 16 December 2002 laying down the animal health rules governing the production, processing, distribution and introduction of products of animal origin for human consumption · European Union

Special import conditions for each third country or group of third countries, having regard to the animal health situation of the third country or countries concerned shall be established in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 12(2).
