Council Directive 2002/99/EC of 16 December 2002 laying down the animal health rules governing the production, processing, distribution and introduction of products of animal origin for human consumption · European Union

The veterinary certificate shall certify that the products satisfy: the requirements laid down for such products under this Directive and under the Community legislation laying down animal health requirements or provisions that are equivalent to those requirements; and any special import conditions established in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 12(2).
