Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs · European Union

Notwithstanding paragraphs 1, 2 and 3: Article 17 of the Convention on Jurisdiction and Enforcement shall apply if the parties agree that a different Community design court shall have jurisdiction; Article 18 of that Convention shall apply if the defendant enters an appearance before a different Community design court.
