Article 65

Entry into force This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Articles 11 and 12 and Articles 14 to 20 shall apply from 1 January 2005. Articles 29, 56, 57 and 60 and Article 62(1) shall apply as from the date of appointment of the members of the Scientific Committee and of the Scientific Panels which shall be announced by means of a notice in the "C" series of the Official Journal. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
