Regulation (EC) No 1406/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2002 establishing a European Maritime Safety Agency (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

After the adoption of the general budget of the European Union, the Administrative Board shall adopt the Agency's budget and final work programme, adjusting them where necessary to the Community contribution. It shall forward them without delay to the Commission, to the budgetary authority and to the third countries which participate in the work of the Agency.
