Powers of the Boards of Appeal 1. Within the Agency, there shall be one or more Boards of Appeal. 2. The Board or Boards of Appeal shall be responsible for deciding on appeals against the decisions referred to in Article 35. 3. The Board or Boards of Appeal shall be convened as necessary. The number of Boards of Appeal and the work allocation shall be determined by the Commission according to the procedure referred to in Article 54(3).
