Regulation (EC) No 1592/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2002 on common rules in the field of civil aviation and establishing a European Aviation Safety Agency (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Fees and charges shall be levied for: the issuing and renewal of certificates, as well as the related continuing oversight functions; the provision of services; they shall reflect the actual cost of each individual provision; the processing of appeals. All fees and charges shall be expressed, and payable, in euro.
