Members and beneficiaries and/or, where applicable, their representatives shall receive: on request, the annual accounts and the annual reports referred to in Article 10, and, where an institution is responsible for more than one scheme, those relating to their particular pension scheme; within a reasonable time, any relevant information regarding changes to the pension-scheme rules.
