Directive 2003/41/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 June 2003 on the activities and supervision of institutions for occupational retirement provision · European Union

Member States shall require institutions located within their territories and proposing to be sponsored by an undertaking located in the territory of another Member State to provide the following information when effecting a notification under paragraph 2: the host Member State(s); the name of the sponsoring undertaking; the main characteristics of the pension scheme to be operated for the sponsoring undertaking.
