The beneficiary Member States shall report annually to the Commission on investments financed by the Modernisation Fund. The report shall be made public and include: (a) information on the investments financed per beneficiary Member State; (b) an assessment of the added value, in terms of energy efficiency or modernisation of the energy system, achieved through the investment.
