The investment committee shall report annually to the Commission on experience with the evaluation of investments, in particular in terms of emission reductions and abatement costs. By 31 December 2024, taking into consideration the findings of the investment committee, the Commission shall review the areas for projects referred to in paragraph 2 and the basis on which the investment committee makes its recommendations.
