The calculation of offsetting requirements referred to in paragraph 6 of this Article for the purposes of CORSIA shall be made in accordance with a methodology to be specified by the Commission in respect of flights to, from and between States that are listed in the implementing act adopted pursuant to Article 25a(3), and of flights between Switzerland or the United Kingdom and States that are listed in the implementing act adopted pursuant to Article 25a(3).
