Greenhouse gas emissions permits shall contain, at least, the following: (a) the name and address of the regulated entity; (b) a description of the means by which the regulated entity releases the fuels for consumption in the sectors covered by this Chapter; (c) a list of the fuels the regulated entity releases for consumption in the sectors covered by this Chapter; (d) a monitoring plan that fulfils the requirements established by the implementing acts referred to in Article 14; (e) reporting requirements established by the implementing acts referred to in Article 14; (f) an obligation to surrender allowances issued under this Chapter, equal to the total emissions in each calendar year, as verified in accordance with Article 15, by the deadline laid down in Article 30e(2).
