The regulated entity shall inform the competent authority of any planned changes to the nature of its activity or to the fuels it releases for consumption, which may require updating the greenhouse gas emissions permit. Where appropriate, the competent authority shall update the permit in accordance with the implementing acts referred to in Article 14. Where there is a change in the identity of the regulated entity covered by this Chapter, the competent authority shall update the permit to include the name and address of the new regulated entity.
