Member States shall ensure that each regulated entity monitors for each calendar year from 2025 the emissions corresponding to the quantities of fuels released for consumption pursuant to Annex III. They shall also ensure that each regulated entity reports those emissions to the competent authority in the following year, starting in 2026, in accordance with the implementing acts referred to in Article 14(1).
