Member States that are subject to the obligation to provide a corrective action plan in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2018/842 shall take due account of the effects of a release of additional allowances pursuant to paragraph 2 of this Article during the previous two years when considering additional actions to be implemented as referred to in Article 8(1), first subparagraph, point (c), of that Regulation in order to meet their obligations under that Regulation.
