Additional allowances issued pursuant to an authorisation under this Article shall be auctioned in line with the requirements laid down in Article 30d. Notwithstanding Article 30d(1) to (6), Member States having unilaterally extended the activity referred to in Annex III in accordance with this Article shall determine the use of revenues generated from the auctioning of those additional allowances.
