ensuring that the recipients of such funding use an appropriate label that reads ‘(co-)funded by the EU Emissions Trading System (the Innovation Fund)’, as well as the emblem of the Union and the amount of funding; where the use of that label is not feasible, the Innovation Fund shall be mentioned in all communication activities, including on notice boards at strategic places visible to the public. The Commission shall in the delegated act referred to in Article 10a(8) set out the necessary requirements to ensure the visibility of funding from the Innovation Fund, including a requirement to mention that Fund.
