In the years 2024 and 2025, 15 % of the allowances referred to in Article 3c(5) and (7), as well as 25 % in 2024 and 50 % in 2025, respectively, of the remaining 85 % of those allowances, in respect of which free allocation would have taken place, shall be auctioned, except for the quantities of allowances referred to in Article 3c(6) and Article 10a(8), fourth subparagraph. The remainder of the allowances for those years shall be allocated for free.
