Article 27

Council Directive 2003/96/EC of 27 October 2003 restructuring the Community framework for the taxation of energy products and electricity (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee on Excise Duties set up by Article 24(1) of Directive 92/12/EEC. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply. The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months. The Committee shall adopt its Rules of Procedure.
