Amendment of Regulation (EEC) No 3976/87 Regulation (EEC) No 3976/87 is amended as follows: 1. Article 6 is replaced by the following: "Article 6 The Commission shall consult the Advisory Committee referred to in Article 14 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2003 of 16 December 2002 on the implementation of the rules on competition laid down in Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty(18) before publishing a draft Regulation and before adopting a Regulation." 2. Article 7 is repealed.
