Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 is amended as follows: The following natural persons shall be added under the heading "Natural persons": 1. Mr Nabil Abdul Sayadi (aka Abu Zeinab); 2. Mrs Patricia Vinck (aka Souraya P. Vinck).
