Scope 1. This Section shall apply to: GMOs for feed use; feed containing or consisting of GMOs; feed produced from GMOs. 2. Where necessary, it may be determined in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 35(2) whether a type of feed falls within the scope of this Section.
