Unique identifiers In accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 10(2), the Commission shall: prior to the application of Articles 1 to 7 establish a system for development and assignment of unique identifiers to GMOs; adapt the system provided for in point (a), as appropriate. In so doing, account shall be taken of developments in international fora.
