Directive 2004/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 april 2004 on takeover bids (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive no later than 20 May 2006. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
