Directive 2004/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 april 2004 on takeover bids (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union
With a view to ensuring compliance with the principles laid down in paragraph 1, Member States: shall ensure that the minimum requirements set out in this Directive are observed; may lay down additional conditions and provisions more stringent than those of this Directive for the regulation of bids.
