On the basis of the information collected under paragraph 1, the Commission may, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 10(2), take any appropriate measures to facilitate the implementation of Articles 3, 4 and 5 such as: establish the list of information to be collected; detail the content of, and procedures for, ramp inspections; define the format for the storage and dissemination of data; create or support the appropriate bodies for managing or operating the tools necessary for the collection and exchange of information.
