Within three years of the date of entry into force of this Regulation and every three years thereafter, Member States shall provide the Commission with: summary information compiled from the notifications, concerning stockpiles, received pursuant to Article 5(2); summary information compiled from the release inventories drawn up pursuant to Article 6(1); summary information on the presence of dioxins, furans and PCBs as identified in Annex III in the environment, as compiled pursuant to Article 9.
