Regulation (EC) No 850/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on persistent organic pollutants and amending Directive 79/117/EEC · European Union

The Commission shall, within two years of the entry into force of this Regulation, draw up a plan for the implementation of Community obligations under the Convention. As soon as the Commission has adopted the Community implementation plan, it shall communicate it to the Member States. The Commission shall review and update the Community implementation plan, as appropriate.
