Regulation (EC) No 851/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 april 2004 establishing a European Centre for disease prevention and control · European Union

The director shall, following adoption by the Management Board, by 15 June at the latest forward the annual report on the Centre’s activities to the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission, the Court of Auditors, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions. The Centre shall forward annually to the budgetary authority any information relevant to the outcome of the evaluation procedures.
